"THE WALL"

I see a wall--too high--
A thick, unyielding
Wall of obstacles combined.
I cannot climb over--
Not strong enough!
Too high--reaches to sky.

I need a flight
With angel*s wings
To take me over.
I need a steady ground--
Peace around--
So I may live again.

Oh, Dear Lord, please
Take this wall away
Today--I pray!
AMEN

"NEVER ENDING NIGHTMARES"

IN THE HEAT OF SUMMER
THE BLOOD OF MY HEART
RUNS COLD,
TURNING MY LIPS BLUE,
AND HALTING MY ENDEAVORS
COMPLETELY
WITH YET ANOTHER PROBLEM
THAT NO DOCTOR KNOWS
THE ANSWER TO

DEAD ENDS PLAGUE
THE EXISTENCE OF THE ENERGY
WHICH I NEED
IN ORDER TO FIND
THE ANSWERS
TO QUESTIONS YET TO BE RESOLVED

I REFUSE TO TAKE THEM
TO MY GRAVE....

As the light fades
And the dusk of my life
Seems to be approaching
The puzzle becomes
Even more quizzical

The pieces are not fitting
And my navigational route
Has all but disappeared

Someone send a
Compass my way
In order to find the path
That should be leading
Me back
To my beginning....
